दण्ड प्रक्रिया संहिता, 1973 (अधिनियम संख्या 2 सन् 1974) की धारा 21 के अधीन शक्ति का प्रयोग करके राज्यपाल महोदय, दिनांक 24 मार्च, 2022 से प्रारम्भ होकर दिनांक 12 अप्रैल, 2022 को समाप्त होने वाली हाई स्कूल एवं इण्टरमीडिएट परीक्षा की अवधि के लिए उत्तर प्रदेश के समस्त जनपदों में तैनात निम्नलिखित अधिकारियों को कार्यपालक मजिस्ट्रेट नियुक्त करते हैं, जो विशेष कार्यपालक मजिस्ट्रेट के रूप में ज्ञात होंगे और उक्त संहिता के अधीन कार्यपालक मजिस्ट्रेट को प्रदत्त की जा सकने वाली सभी शक्तियां उन्हें प्रदान करते हैं, जिनका प्रयोग वे अपने जनपद की स्थानीय सीमाओं के भीतर कर सकेंगे :-
