उत्तर प्रदेश साधारण खण्ड अधिनियम, 1904 (उत्तर प्रदेश अधिनियम संख्या 1 सन्‌ 1904) की धारा 21 के साथ पठित संयुक्त प्रान्त आबकारी अधिनियम 1910 (संयुक्त प्रान्त अधिनियम संख्या 4 सन्‌ 1910) की धारा 6 की उपधारा (1) के अधीन शक्तियों का प्रयोग करके और सरकारी अधिसूचना संख्या 2492 ई-2/तेरह- 2021-25/2010-249226, दिनांक 22 दिसम्बर, 2021 का अधिक्रमण करके, राज्यपाल घोषणा करती हैं कि दिनांक 01 फरवरी, 2021 से पूर्वोक्त अधिनियम के प्रयोजनों के लिए पूर्वोक्त अधिनियम की धारा 37-क के अधीन प्रतिषिद्ध क्षेत्रों के रूप में अधिसूचित क्षेत्रों को छोड़कर उत्तर प्रदेश के समस्त क्षेत्रों में मादक वस्तुओं के निम्नलिखित परिमाण, फुटकर बिक्री की सीमा होंगेः-636 RPH (Abkari-2) 2022- Data -4e 2 उार प्रदेश असाधारण गजट, 14 मार्च, 2022

2	ǒवदेशी मǑदरा
	(क) भारत मɅ भरȣ हुई/ भारत िनिम[त ǒवदेशी मǑदरा	4.5 लीटर [ǔåहèकȧ, ĦाÖडȣ, रम (सफे द रम सǑहत), ǔजन, टǑकला और वोदका]
	(ख) मूल Ǿप मɅ भरȣ हुई (बी.आई.ओ.)/आयाितत ǒवदेशी मǑदरा (समुġपारȣय)	4.5 लीटर [ǔåहèकȧ, ĦाÖडȣ, रम (सफे द रम सǑहत), ǔजन, टǑकला, िलÈयोर और वोदका]
	नोट:- उपरोƠ Đम la[;k 2 (क) एवं 2 (ख) दोनɉ Ĥकार कȧ मǑदरा होने कȧ ǔèथित मɅ Đम la[;k 2 (क) एवं 2 (ख) मɅ उǔãलǔखत मǑदरा कȧ सǔàमिलत सीमा 9.0 लीटर होगी।
	(ग) वाइन
	(i) भारत मɅ भरȣ गयी	2.5 लीटर
	(ii) मूलǾप मɅ भरȣ गयी	2.5 लीटर
	नोट:- उपरोƠ Đम la[;k (ग) (i) एवं (ग) (ii) दोनɉ Ĥकार कȧ वाइन होने कȧ ǔèथित मɅ (ग) (i) एवं (ग) (ii) मɅ उǔãलǔखत वाइन कȧ सǔàमिलत सीमा 5.0 लीटर होगी।
	(घ) बीयर
	(i) भारत मɅ भरȣ गयी	6.0 लीटर
	(ii) मूलǾप मɅ भरȣ गयी	6.0 लीटर
	नोट:- उपरोƠ Đम la[;k (घ) (i) एवं (घ) (ii) दोनɉ Ĥकार कȧ बीयर होने कȧ ǔèथित मɅ (घ) (i) एवं (घ) (ii) मɅ उǔãलǔखत बीयर कȧ सǔàमिलत सीमा 12.0 लीटर होगी।
	(ङ) अÛय Ĥकार कȧ भारतीय/ǒवदेशɉ से आयाितत मǑदरा	2.0 लीटर
	(च) कम तीĭता के अãकोहल युƠ मादक पेय	6.0 लीटर

THE Governor is pleased to order the publication of the following English translation of notification no. 567E-2/XIII-2022-25/2010-249226, dated March 14, 2022:

IN exercise of the powers under sub-section (1) of section 6 of the United Provinces Excise Act, 1910 (U.P. Act no. 4 of 1910) read with section 21 of the Uttar Pradesh General Clauses Act, 1904 (U.P. Act no. 1 of 1904) and in supersession of Government notification no. 2492 E-2/XIII-2021-25/2010- 249226, dated December 22, 2021, the Governor is pleased to declare that with effect from February 01, 2021 the following quantities of intoxicants shall, for the purposes of the aforesaid Act, be the limit of sale by retail in all areas of Uttar Pradesh except the areas notified as prohibited areas under section 37-A of the aforesaid Act :–636 RPH (Abkari-2)-2022 Data -4e उार प्रदेश असाधारण गजट, 14 मार्च, 2022 3

2	Foreign Liquor
	(a) Bottled in India (BII)/Indian Made Foreign Liquor (IMFL)	4.5 Litres [Whisky, Brandy, Rum (including white Rum), Gin, Tequila and Vodka]
	(b) Bottled in Origin (BIO)/Imported Foreign Liquor(Overseas)	4.5 Litres [Whisky, Brandy, Rum (including white Rum), Gin, Tequila, Liqueurs and Vodka]
	Note:- In case of both type of liquors as in Sl. no. 2 (a) and 2 (b), the combined limit of liquors mentioned in Sl. no. 2 (a) and 2 (b) shall be 9.0 Litres.
	(c) Wine
	(i) Bottled in India (BII)	2.5 Litres
	(ii) Bottled in Origin (BIO)	2.5 Litres
	Note:- In case of both type of Wine as in Sl. No. (c) (i) and (c) (ii), the combined limit of Wines mentioned in Sl. No. (c) (i) and (c) (ii) shall be 5.0 Litres.
	(d) Beer
	(i) Bottled in India (BII)	6.0 Litres
	(ii) Bottled in Origin (BIO)	6.0 Litres
	Note:- In case of both type of Beer as in Sl. no. (d) (i) and (d) (ii), the combined limit of Beers mentioned in Sl. no. (d) (i) and (d) (ii) shall be 12.0 Litres.
	(e) Other kind of Indian/Imported Liquor	2.0 Litres
	(f) Low Alcoholic Beverages	6.0 Litres
