अधिसूचना
साधारण खण्ड अधिनियम, 1897 (अधिनियम संख्या 10 सन् 1897) की धारा 21 के साथ पठित उत्तर प्रदेश में उसकी प्रवृत्ति के सम्बन्ध में यथा संशोधित रजिस्ट्रीकरण अधिनियम, 1908 (अधिनियम संख्या 16 सन् 1908) की धारा 78-क के अधीन शक्तियों का प्रयोग करके, राज्यपाल, इस अधिसूचना के गजट में प्रकाशित किये जाने के दिनांक से, अयोध्या हवाई अड्डा के प्रथम चरण के विकास के लिए, उत्तर प्रदेश में अयोध्या स्थित भूमि के सम्बन्ध में उत्तर प्रदेश सरकार द्वारा भारतीय विमानपत्तन प्राधिकरण के पक्ष में निष्पादित पट्टा विलेख पर संदेय रजिस्ट्रीकरण शुल्क तथा प्रतिलिपिकरण शुल्क में छूट प्रदान करती हैं।

IN exercise of the powers under sections 78-A of the Registration Act, 1908 (Act no. 16 of 1908) as amended in its application to Uttar Pradesh read with section 21 of the General Clauses Act, 1897 (Act no. 10 of 1897), the Governor, with effect from the date of the publication of this notification in the Gazette, is pleased to remit the registration fees and copying fees payable on the lease deed executed by the Government of Uttar Pradesh in favour of Airports Authority of India relating to the land located in Ayodhya, Uttar Pradesh for the development of first phase of Ayodhya Airport.
