साधारण खण्ड अधिनियम, 1897 (अधिनियम संख्या 10, सन्‌ 1897) की धारा 21 के साथ पठित बंगाल, आगरा और असम सिविल न्यायालय अधिनियम, 1887 (अधिनियम संख्या 12 सन्‌ 1887) की धारा 4, 13 और 14 की उपधारा (1) और प्रान्तीय लघुवाद न्यायालय अधिनियम, 1887 (अधिनियम संख्या 09 सन्‌ 1887) की धारा 5 के अधीन शक्तियों का प्रयोग करके राज्यपाल, उच्च न्यायालय, इलाहाबाद से परामर्श करके जिला मुजफ्फरनगर की तहसील जानसठ में सिविल न्यायाधीश (जूनियर डिवीजन) न्यायालय, [शासनादेश संख्या 10/2016/870/सात-न्याय-2-2016-85जी/2012, दिनांक 06-07-2016 द्वारा जिला मुजफ्फरनगर के लिए सृजित 05 सिविल न्यायाधीश (जूनियर डिवीजन) न्यायालयों में से] का उक्त न्यायालय के पीठासीन अधिकारी द्वारा कार्यभार ग्रहण किये जानें के दिनांक से सृजन करती हैं और ऐसे न्यायालय की अधिकारिता की स्थानीय सीमायें तथा बैठक का स्थान नियत करती हैं, और समय समय पर यथासंशोधित सरकारी अधिसूचना संख्या-ए-1104/सात-710-53, दिनांक 12 अप्रैल, 1956 की संलग्न अनुसूची में निम्नलिखित संशोधन करती हैं :-

उपर्युक्त अधिसूचना की अनुसूची में :-

1-क्रम संख्या 218 की विद्यमान प्रविष्टि के स्थान पर निम्नलिखित प्रविष्टियाँ स्तम्भवार रख दी जायेंगी, अर्थात्‌ :-

IN pursuance of the provisions of clause (3) of Article 348 of the Constitution of India, the Governor is pleased to order the publication of the following English translation of notification no. 3/2022/68/VII-Nyaya-2-2022-131G-2019, dated March 16, 2022:

IN exercise of the powers under sections 4, 13 and sub-section (1) of section 14 of the Bengal, Agra and Assam civil Courts Act, 1887 (Act no. XII of 1887) and section 5 of the Provincial Small Cause Courts Act, 1887 (Act no. IX of 1887), read with section 21 of the General Clauses Act, 1897 (Act no. X of 1897), the Governor, in consultation with the High Court of Judicature at Allahabad, is pleased to create the Court of Civil Judge (Junior Division) at tehsil-Jansath in the district-Muzaffarnagar [out of the 05 Courts of Civil Judge (Junior Division) created for district-Muzaffarnagar, vide G.O. No. 10/2016/870/VII-Nyaya- 2-2016-85G/2012 dated 06.07.2016] with effect from the date of taking over charge by the Presiding Officer of that Court and to fix the local limits of the jurisdiction and the place of sitting of the said Court653 RPH (Nyaya-2) 2022 DATA-8d 3 उत्तर प्रदेश असाधारण गजट, 16 मार्च, 2022 and to make following amendments in the Schedule appended to Government Notification no. A-1104/VII- 710/53 dated April 12, 1956, as amended from time to time :-
