साधारण खण्ड अधिनियम, 1897 (अधिनियम संख्या 10, सन्‌ 1897) की धारा 21 के साथ पठित बंगाल, आगरा और आसाम सिविल न्यायालय अधिनियम, 1887 (अधिनियम संख्या 12 सन्‌ 1887) की धारा 4, 13 तथा 14 और प्रान्तीय लघुवाद न्यायालय अधिनियम, 1887 (अधिनियम संख्या 9 सन्‌ 1887) की धारा 5 के अधीन शक्तियों का प्रयोग करके तथा उच्च न्यायालय, इलाहाबाद की संस्तुति पर राज्यपाल सरकारी अधिसूचना संख्या ए-1104/सात-710-53, दिनांक 12 अप्रैल, 1956 में आंशिक उपान्तरण करके उक्त अधिसूचना की अनुसूची के क्रमांक 197-क पर इंगित सिविल न्यायाधीश (जूनियर डिवीजन) के बैठक स्थल को श्रेणी तीन तथा श्रेणी चार के कर्मचारिवृंद के साथ, उक्त न्यायालय का भवन निर्माण होने तक जिला मुख्यालय (माती) कानपुर देहात से मिलन केन्द्र नगर पालिका परिषद पुखराया, तहसील भोगनीपुर, कानपुर देहात स्थानान्तरित करती हैं।आज्ञा से, प्रमोद कुमार श्रीवास्तव-II, प्रमुख सचिव। 651 RPH (Nyaya-2) 2022 DATA-8d 2 उत्तर प्रदेश असाधारण गजट, 16 मार्च, 2022 IN pursuance of the provisions of clause (3) of Article 348 of the Constitution of India, the Governor is pleased to order the publication of the following English translation of notification no. 5/2022/1736/VII-Nyaya-2-2022-711/88-T.C., dated March 16, 2022: No. 5/2022/1736/VII-Nyaya-2-2022-711/88-T.C.

IN exercise of the powers under sections 4, 13 and 14 of the Bengal, Agra and Assam Civil Courts Act, 1887 (Act no. XII of 1887) and section 5 of the Provincial Small Cause Courts Act, 1887 (Act no. IX of 1887), read with section 21 of the General Clauses Act, 1897 (Act no. X of 1897) and on the recommendation of the High Court of Judicature at Allahabad, the Governor, in partial modification of Government notification no. A-1104/VII-710-53 dated April 12, 1956, is pleased to alter the place of sitting of Civil Judge (Junior Division) appearing at serial no. 197 A of the Schedule to the said notification from District Headquarters Mati at Kanpur Dehat to Milan Kendra, Nagar Palika Parishad Pukharayan at Tehsil Bhognipur, Kanpur Dehat along with its Class-III and Class-IV staff till the construction of the building for the said Court.
