अधिसूचना
उत्तर प्रदेश माल और सेवा कर नियमावली, 2017 के नियम 48 के उप नियम (4) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करके राज्यपाल, परिषद् की सिफारिशों पर, अधिसूचना संख्या 428/ग्यारह-2-9(47)/17- उ0प्र0अधि0-1-2017-आदेश(106)-2020, दिनांक 30 अप्रैल, 2020 में निम्नलिखित अग्रतर संशोधन करती हैं, अर्थात :-
उक्त अधिसूचना में, प्रथम पैरा में, 01 अप्रैल, 2022 से प्रभावी, शब्द ''पचास करोड़ रूपये'' के स्थान पर शब्द ''बीस करोड़ रूपये'' रख दिये जायेंगे।

IN exercise of the powers conferred by sub-rule (4) of rule 48 of the Uttar Pradesh Goods and Services Tax Rules, 2017 the Governor, on the recommendations of the Council, hereby makes the following further amendments in notification no. 428/XI-2-9(47)-17-U.P. Act-1-2017-Order (106)-2020, dated April 30, 2020, namely :–
IN the said notification, in the first paragraph, with effect from the 1st day of April, 2022, for the words "fifty crore rupees", the words "twenty crore rupees" shall be substituted.
