उत्तर प्रदेश साधारण खण्ड अधिनियम, 1904 (उ0प्र0 अधिनियम संख्या 1 सन् 1904) की धारा 21 और उत्तर प्रदेश आवास एवं विकास परिषद् (ऋण और अग्रिम का अनुदान) नियमावली, 1968 के नियम 3 के साथ पठित उत्तर प्रदेश आवास एवं विकास परिषद् अधिनियम, 1965 (उत्तर प्रदेश अधिनियम संख्या 1 सन् 1966) की धारा 95 की उपधारा (1) के खण्ड (ढ) के अधीन प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करके, राज्यपाल निम्नलिखित विनियमावली का उन बातों के सिवाय विखण्डन करती हैं, जो ऐसे विखण्डन के पूर्व की गयी हों या किये जाने हेतु लोपित हों :
(एक) मध्यम आय वर्ग आवास योजना के अन्तर्गत ऋण वितरण से सम्बन्धित विनियम (उत्तर प्रदेश 2 उार प्रदेश असाधारण गजट, 29 मार्च, 2022 ई0 (दो) अल्प आय वर्ग आवास योजना के अन्तर्गत ऋण वितरण से सम्बन्धित विनियम (उत्तर प्रदेश गजट, पी0टी0 I ए, दिनांक 15 जून, 1968, पी0 1651 में प्रकाशित अधिसूचना संख्या 5896ए/ए0वी0पी02527, दिनांक 05 जून, 1968)

In exercise for the powers conferred under clause (n) of subsection (1) of section 95 of the Uttar Pradesh Awas Evam Vikas Parishad Adhiniyam, 1965 (U. P. Act no. 1 of 1966) read with rule 3 of the Uttar Pradesh Awas Evam Vikas Parishad (Grant of Loans and Advances) Rules, 1968 and section 21 of the Uttar Pradesh General Clauses Act, 1904 (U. P. Act no. 1 of 1904), the Governor is pleased to rescind the following regulations, except as respects things done or omitted to be done before such rescission :
I. Regulations for Disbursement of Loans under the Middle Income Group Housing Scheme (Notification no. 5896AVP2567 dated 05 June, 1968 published in U. P. Gazette, Pt. 1A, dated 15 June, 1968, p. 1623)
II. Regulations for Disbursement of Loans under the Low Income Group Housing Scheme (Notification no. 5896A/AVP2527 dated 05 June, 1968 published in U. P. Gazette, Pt. 1A, dated 15 June, 1968, p. 1651)
