उत्तर प्रदेश माल और सेवा कर अधिनियम, 2017 (उत्तर प्रदेश अधिनियम संख्या 1 सन्‌ 2017) की धारा 10 की उपधारा (1) के परन्तुक के अधीन प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करके राज्यपाल, परिषद्‌ की सिफारिशों के आधार पर, एतद्‌द्वारा, अधिसूचना संख्या क0नि0-2-809/ग्यारह-9(47)-17-उ0प्र0एक्ट-1-2017-आदेश-(37)- 2019, दिनांक 28 मई, 2019, में अग्रतर निम्नलिखित संशोधन करती हैं, अर्थात्‌ :-

उक्त अधिसूचना में, सारणी में, क्रमांक 3 और उससे संबंधित प्रविष्टियों के पश्चात्‌, निम्नलिखित क्रम

IN exercise of the powers conferred under the proviso to sub-section (1) of section 10 of the Uttar Pradesh Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (U.P. Act no. 1 of 2017), the Governor on the recommendations of the Council, hereby makes the following further amendments in the notification no. KA.NI.-2-809/XI-9(47)-17-U.P.Act-1-2017-Order- (37)-2019, dated May 28, 2019, namely :–
