उत्तर प्रदेश माल और सेवा कर अधिनियम, 2017 (उत्तर प्रदेश अधिनियम संख्या 1 सन्, 2017) की धारा 9 की उप धारा (1) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करके राज्यपाल, परिषद् की सिफारिशों के आधार पर, एतद्द्वारा, अधिसूचना संख्या क0नि0-2-836/ग्यारह-9(47)-17-उ0प्र0अधि0-1-2017-आदेश-(06)-2017, दिनांक 30 जून, 2017, में अग्रतर निम्नलिखित संशोधन करती हैं, अर्थात् :-
उक्त अधिसूचना में- (क) अनुसूची I-2.5% में, क्रमांक 225ख, 226, 227, 228 और उनसे संबंधित प्रविष्टियाँ निकाल दी जाएंगी;
(ख) अनुसूची II-6% में, क्रमांक 176क और उससे संबंधित प्रविष्टियों के पश्चात् निम्नलिखित क्रम

आज्ञा से, 2 उत्तर प्रदेश असाधारण गजट, 31 मार्च, 2022 IN pursuance of the provision of clause (3) of Article 348 of the Constitution of India, the Governor is pleased to order the publication of the following English translation of Government Notification no. 230/XI-2-22-9(47)-17-T.C.179-U.P.Act-1-2017-Order-(230)-2022, dated March 31, 2022 :

IN exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 9 of the Uttar Pradesh Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (U.P. Act no. 1 of 2017), the Governor on the recommendations of the Council, hereby makes the following further amendments in the notification no. KA.NI.-2-836/XI-9(47)- 17-U.P.Act-1-2017-Order- (06)-2017, dated June 30, 2017, namely :–
In the said notification,-
(a) in Schedule I-2.5%, serial numbers 225B, 226, 227, 228 and the entries relating thereto shall be omitted;
(b) in Schedule II-6%, after serial number 176A and the entries relating thereto, the following serial numbers and entries shall be inserted, namely :–
| "176B | 6815 | Fly ash bricks or fly ash aggregate with 90 per cent or more fly ash content; Fly ash blocks |
| 176C | 6901 00 10 | Bricks of fossil meals or similar siliceous earths |
| 176D | 6904 10 00 | Building bricks |
| 176E | 6905 10 00 | Earthen or roofing tiles". |
