दण्ड प्रक्रिया संहिता, 1973 (अधिनियम संख्या 02 सन् 1974) की धारा 21 के अधीन शक्ति का प्रयोग करके राज्यपाल महोदय, वीर बहादुर सिंह, पूर्वान्चल विश्वविद्यालय, जौनपुर द्वारा सत्र 2021-22 की स्नातक के प्रथम, द्वितीय एवं तृतीय वर्ष तथा परास्नातक के प्रथम एवं द्वितीय वर्ष की परीक्षाओं के लिए उत्तर प्रदेश विश्वविद्यालय (परीक्षा संचालन सम्बन्धी उपबन्ध) अधिनियम, 1965 (उत्तर प्रदेश अधिनियम संख्या 24 सन् 1965) की धारा 2 के खण्ड (ग) में यथा परिभाषित समस्त केन्द्रों के अधीक्षकों/कुल सचिव/परीक्षा नियंत्रक को अधिसूचना निर्गत होने की तिथि से दिनांंक 30 जून, 2022 तक की अवधि के लिए परीक्षा संचालन एवं केन्द्रीय मूल्यांकन हेतु कार्यपालक मजिस्ट्रेट, जो विशेष कार्यपालक मजिस्ट्रेट के रूप में ज्ञात होंगे, नियुक्त करते हैं और उन्हें सम्बन्धित केन्द्रों, जिनके वे अधीक्षक हैं, की सीमा के भीतर के क्षेत्रों के लिए उन्हें कार्यपालक मजिस्ट्रेट की ऐसी सभी शक्तियां प्रदान करते हैं, जो उक्त संहिता के अधीन कार्यपालक मजिस्ट्रेट को प्रदान की जा सकती हैं। आज्ञा से, 2 उत्तर प्रदेश असाधारण गजट, 6 अप्रैल, 2022 IN pursuance of the provisions of clause (3) of Article 348 of the Constitution, the Governor is pleased to order the publication of the following English translation of notification no. 1133/VI-P-9–22- 13(2)-2013, dated April 6, 2022:

IN exercise of the power under section 21 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (Act no. 2 of 1974), the Governor is pleased to appoint from issuance of notification till 30 June, 2022 all the Superintendents, Registrar and Controller of Examinations for the first, second and third year of graduation and first and second year of masters year 2021-22 conducted by Veer Bahadur Singh Purwanchal University, Jaunpur as defined in clause (c) of section-2 of Uttar Pradesh Universities (Provisions Regarding Conduct of Examination) Act, 1965 (U.P. Act No. XXIV of 1965) as Executive Magistrates, to be known as Special Executive Magistrate and to confer on them all the powers of the Executive Magistrates as are conferrable under the said Code on such Executive Magistrate, to be exercised within the limits of the respective centres of which they are the Superintendents.
