संयुक्त प्रान्त भारतीय चिकित्सा अधिनियम, 1939 ( संयुक्त प्रान्त अधिनियम संख्या 10 सन् 1939) की धारा 5 की उपधारा (1) के खण्ड (एक) के साथ पठित धारा 8 के अधीन शक्तियों का प्रयोग करके राज्यपाल उत्तर प्रदेश आयुर्वेदिक तथा यूनानी तिब्बी चिकित्सा पद्धति बोर्ड का गठन करते हुये अग्रिम आदेशों तक के लिये डॉ0 प्रकाश चन्द्र सक्सेना, प्रधानाचार्य, राजकीय आयुर्वेद महाविद्यालय एवं चिकित्सालय, लखनऊ को कार्यवाहक अध्यक्ष नामनिर्दिष्ट करती हैं।
डॉ0 प्रकाश चन्द्र सक्सेना को कोई अतिरिक्त प्रसुविधाएं एवं भत्ते अनुमन्य नहीं होंगे।

IN exercise of the powers under section 8 read with clause (i) of sub-section (1) of section 5 of the United Provinces Indian Medicine Act, 1939 (U.P. Act no. 10 of 1939), the Governor is pleased to constitute the Uttar Pradesh Ayurvedic and Unani Tibbi Systems of Medicine Board and to nominate Dr. Prakash Chandra Saxena, Principal, Government Ayurvedic College and Hospital Lucknow as its Acting President, till further orders.
No additional benefits and allowances will be admissible to Dr. Prakash Chandra Saxena,
