उत्तर प्रदेश —षि उत्पादन मण्डी नियमावली, 1965 के नियम 58-क के साथ पठित उत्तर प्रदेश —षि उत्पादन मण्डी अधिनियम, 1964 (उत्तर प्रदेश अधिनियम संख्या 25 सन् 1964) की धारा 7-क की उपधारा (1) के अधीन शक्तियों का प्रयोग करके, राज्यपाल यह घोषणा करती हैं कि मेसर्स फैसिलिस इडिस्प्यूटरिजोल्यूशन एलएलपी, डी-66, सेक्टर-6 नोएडा जिला गौतमबुद्ध नगर द्वारा स्वामित्वाधीन नीचे विस्तृत रूप में उल्लिखित क्षेत्र, इस अधिसूचना के गजट में प्रकाशित किये जाने के दिनांक से विनिर्दिष्ट समस्त फलों और सब्जियों के थोक सौंदों हेतु 20 वर्ष तक के लिये इस शर्त के साथ मण्डी उप स्थल होगा कि कृषक/विक्रेता से कोई मंडी शुल्क प्रभारित नहीं किया जाएगा न ही फुटकर व्यापार हेतु उक्त स्थान का प्रयोग किया जायेगा।
—षि उत्पादन मण्डी समिति, हापुड़, के मंडी क्षेत्र में अवस्थित खसरा संख्या 557, 558 तथा 559 और क्षेत्रफल 1672.80 वर्गमीटर।

IN exercise of the powers under sub-section (1) of section 7-A of the Uttar Pradesh Krishi Utpadan Mandi Adhiniyam, 1964 (U.P. Act no. XXV of 1964) read with rule 58-A of the Uttar Pradesh Krishi Utpadan Mandi Niyamawali, 1965, the Governor is pleased to declare that the area detailed below owned by M/S FACILIS EDISPUTERESOLUTION LLP, D-66, Sector-6 Noida, district Gautam Buddh Nagar, shall be Market Sub-Yard for specified wholesale transaction of all fruits and vegetables with effect from the date of publicaiton of this notification in the Gazette upto 20 years, with the condition that no mandi fee shall be charged from agriculturist/seller and the place shall not be used for retail trade.
