संयुक्त प्रान्त आबकारी अधिनियम, 1910 (संयुक्त प्रान्त अधिनियम संख्या 4 सन् 1910) की धारा 37-क की उपधारा (4) के अधीन शक्तियोेंं का प्रयोग करके, राज्यपाल दिनांक 1 जून, 2022 से जिला मथुरा के निम्नलिखित वार्डों में समय-समय पर यथा संशोधित उत्तर प्रदेश मादक वस्तु निषेध नियमावली, 1978 में विनिर्दिष्ट अपवादों और शर्तों के अध्यधीन उपधारा (5)(ङ), (5)(च) और (5)(छ) से आच्छादित मामलों को छोड़कर उक्त अधिनियम की उपधारा (1) के अधीन किसी मादक वस्तु के आयात, निर्यात या परिवहन पर और उपधारा (2) के अधीन किसी मादक पदार्थ को कब्जे में रखने या उसका उपभोग करने पर निषेध का विस्तार करती हैं :-
1-घाटी बहालराय, 2-गोविन्दनगर, 3-मण्डी रामदास, 4-चौबिया पाडा, 5-द्वारिकापुरी, 6-नवनीतनगर, 7-वनखण्डी, 8-भरतपुरगेट, 9-अर्जुनपुरा, 10-हनुमान टीला, 11-जगन्नाथपुरी, 12-गऊघाट, 13-मनोहरपुरा, 14-वैरागपुरा, 15-राधानगर, 16-बद्रीनगर, 17-महाविद्या कालोनी, 18-कृष्णानगर-प्रथम, 19- कृष्णानगर-द्वितीय, 20-कोयला गली, 21-डैम्पियर नगर एवं 22-जयसिंहपुरा। 2 उार प्रदेश असाधारण गजट, 31 मई, 2022 IN pursuance of the provisions of clause (3) of Article 348 of the Constitution of the India, the Governor is pleased to order the publication of the following English translation of notification no. 1022/E-2/XIII–67-2016, dated May 31, 2022:

IN exercise of the powers under sub-section (4) of Section 37-A of the United Provinces Excise Act, 1910 (U.P. Act no. IV of 1910), the Governor is pleased to extend prohibition on import, export or transport of an intoxicant under sub-section (1) and on possession or consumption of an intoxicant under sub-section (2) of the said Act except for the cases covered under sub-sections (5)(e), (5)(f) and (5)(g) in the following wards of the district Mathura with effect from June 01, 2022, subject to the exceptions and conditions specified in the Uttar Pradesh Intoxicant Prohibition Rules, 1978 as amended from time to time :-
1-Ghati Bahalrai, 2-Govindnagar, 3-Mandi Ramdas, 4-Chaubiapada, 5-Dwarikapuri, 6-Navnitnagar, 7-Vankhandi, 8-Bharatpur Gate, 9-Arjunpura, 10-Hanuman Tila, 11-Jagannathpuri, 12-Gaughat, 13-Manoharpura, 14-Vairagpura, 15-Radhanagar, 16-Badrinagar, 17-Mahavidya Colony, 18-Krishnanagar-pratham, 19-Krishnanagar-dwitiya, 20-Koyala Gali, 21-Dampiar Nagar and 22-Jaysingh Pura.
