अधिसूचना
नगर पंचायत बीघापुर, जिला उन्नाव के वार्डों के परिसीमन के सम्बन्ध में अधिसूचना का निम्नलिखित प्रारूप, जिसे राज्यपाल, उत्तर प्रदेश नगर पालिका अधिनियम, 1916 (उत्तर प्रदेश अधिनियम संख्या 2 सन् 1916) की धारा 11ख के अधीन शक्ति का प्रयोग करके जारी करने का प्रस्ताव करती हैं, उक्त धारा की उपधारा (2) के अपेक्षानुसार सम्बद्ध व्यक्तियों की सूचना के लिए और आपत्तियांँ आमन्त्रित करने के लिए एतद्द्वारा प्रकाशित किया जाता है।
प्रस्तावित अधिसूचना के संबंध में, आपत्तियां, यदि कोई हों, लिखित रूप से प्रमुख सचिव, नगर विकास अनुभाग-1, लखनऊ को सम्बोधित करके प्रेषित की जायेगी और जिला मजिस्ट्रेट उन्नाव के कार्यालय में किसी भी कार्य दिवस को कार्यालय समय के दौरान प्रस्तुत की जायेगी। केवल उन्ही आपत्तियों पर विचार किया जायेगा जो इस अधिसूचना के प्रकाशन के दिनांक से 07 दिन के भीतर प्राप्त होंगी।
प्रस्तावित अधिसूचना
उत्तर प्रदेश नगरपालिका अधिनियम, 1916 (उत्तर प्रदेश अधिनियम संख्या 2 सन् 1916) की धारा 11ख की उपधारा (1) के अधीन शक्ति का प्रयोग करके राज्यपाल नगर पंचायत बीघापुर, जनपद उन्नाव के नगर पंचायत क्षेत्र के वार्डों के परिसीमन के सम्बन्ध में निम्नलिखित आदेश जारी करती हैं-
(क) निर्वाचनों के प्रयोजनों के लिए उक्त नगर पंचायत के नगर पंचायत क्षेत्र को 10 (दस) वार्डों में विभाजित किया जायेगा। 2 उत्तर प्रदेश असाधारण गजट, 10 जून, 2022 (ख) प्रत्येक वार्ड का परिसीमन ऐसा होगा जैसा नीचे अनुसूची के स्तम्भ-1 में उल्लिखित वार्ड संख्या के समक्ष स्तम्भ-3 में दिया गया है।

IN pursuance of the provisions of clause (3) of Article 348 of the Constitution, the Governor is pleased to order the publication of the following English translation of notification no. 1528/IX-1–2022- 13Pari-22, dated June 10, 2022 :

THE following draft of notification which the Governor proposes to issue in exercise of the powers under section 11B of the Uttar Pradesh Municipalities Act, 1916 (U.P. Act no. 2 of 1916) regarding delimitation of wards of Nagar Panchayat Bighapur of District Unnao, is hereby published as required under sub-section (2) of the said section for the information of concerned persons and for inviting objection.
Objection if any, with respect to the proposed notification should be sent in writing addressed to the Principal Secretary, Nagar Vikas Anubhag-1, Lucknow and be submitted in the office of the District Magistrate Unnao on any working day during office time. Only those objections shall be considered which are received within seven days from the date of publication of this notification.
PROPOSED NOTIFICATION
In exercise of the powers under sub-section (1) of Section 11B of the Uttar Pradesh Municipalities Act, 1916 (U.P. Act no. 2 of 1916), the Governor is pleased to issue the following order with regard to the delimitation of wards of Municipal area of Nagar Panchayat Bighapur, District Unnao.
(a) The municipal area of the said Nagar Panchayat for the purposes of election, shall be divided into 10 Wards.
(b) The delimitation of each ward mentioned in column 2 shall be as given in column 3 aggainst ward number mentioned in column 1 of the schedule below :-
