NOTIFICATION
In exercise of powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 22 of the Representation of the People Act, 1951 (43 of 1951), the Election Commission, hereby, appoints the officers of the Government specified in Column (2) of the Table below, as the Assistant Returning Officers, in addition to the existing Assistant Returning Officers notified vide Commission's Notification No. 434/UP-HP/2019(1), dated 9th January, 2019, as amended from time to time, to assist the Returning Officers of the Parliamentary Constituencies in the State of Uttar Pradesh, as specified in the Column (1) of the said Table, for the execution of their works with respect to the Counting of Votes, for the ongoing Bye Elections from the Parliamentary Constituencies mentioned in Column (1) of the Table :–

लोक प्रतिनिधित्व अधिनियम, 1951 (1951 का 43) की धारा 22 की उप-धारा (1) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, निर्वाचन आयोग, एतद्द्वारा समय-समय पर यथासंशोधित, अपनी अधिसूचना संख्या 434/उ0प्र0- लो0स0/2019(1), दिनांक 9 जनवरी, 2019 के द्वारा अधिसूचित मौजूदा सहायक रिटर्निंग अधिकारियों के अतिरिक्त नीचे की सारणी के स्तम्भ (2) में यथाविनिर्दिष्ट सरकारी अधिकारियों को उक्त सारणी के स्तम्भ (1) में विनिर्दिष्ट उत्तर प्रदेश राज्य के संसदीय निर्वाचन क्षेत्रों के रिटर्निंग अधिकारियों की, तालिका के स्तम्भ (1) में उल्लिखित लोक सभा निर्वाचन-क्षेत्रों से प्रचलित उप निर्वाचन में मतगणना के कार्यों के निष्पादन में सहायता करने के लिए, सहायक रिटर्निंग अधिकारी के रूप में नियुक्त करता है :-
