उत्तर प्रदेश कुटुम्ब न्यायालय नियमावली, 1995 के नियम 26 के उपनियम (1) के साथ पठित कुटुम्ब न्यायालय अधिनियम, 1984 (अधिनियम संख्या 66 सन् 1984) की धारा 6 की उपधारा (1) के अधीन शक्तियों का प्रयोग करके राज्यपाल, उच्च न्यायालय, इलाहाबाद की सहमति से नीचे अनुसूची के स्तम्भ-3 में उल्लिखित व्यक्तियों को उक्त अनुसूची के स्तम्भ-2 में प्रत्येक के सम्मुख उल्लिखित जिलों में स्थित कुटुम्ब न्यायालयों में उनके कार्यभार ग्रहण करने के दिनांक से तीन वर्ष के लिये परामर्शदाता के रूप में विनियोजित करती हैं।

3-तीन वर्ष का कार्यकाल पूर्ण करने के पश्चात्, माननीय उच्च नयायालय, इलाहाबाद की संस्तुति पर उक्त अभ्यर्थियों के अगले कार्यकाल के लिए विचार किया जा सकता है।
4-विनियोजित व्यक्ति, ऐसा परिश्रमिक प्राप्त करेंगे जैसा कि राज्य सरकार द्वारा समय-समय पर अवधारित किया जाये।

IN exercise of the powers under sub-section (1) of section 6 of the Family Courts Act, 1984 (Act no. 66 of 1984) read with sub-rule (1) of the rule 26 the Uttar Pradesh Family Courts Rules, 1995, the Governor, with the concurrence of the High Court of Judicature at Allahabad, is pleased to engage the persons mentioned in Column-3 of the Schedule below as the Counsellors in the Family Courts in districts mentioned against each in Column-2 of the said Schedule, for three years with effect from the date of their taking over charge.

2. The engagement of the aforesaid persons for the post of Counsellor is not an appointment in Government Service and they will be attached to the respective Courts on contract basis.
3. After completion of tenure of three years, the candidates may be considered for next tenure on the recommendation of the Hon'ble High Court of Judicature at Allahabad.
4. The engaged persons will receive such remuneration as may be determined by the State Government from time to time.
