अधिसूचना

नगर पंचायत कोड़ा जहानाबाद, जिला फतेहपुर के वार्डों के परिसीमन के सम्बन्ध में अधिसूचना का निम्नलिखित प्रारूप, जिसे राज्यपाल उत्तर प्रदेश नगर पालिका अधिनियम, 1916 (उ0प्र0 अधिनियम संख्या 2 सन्‌ 1916) की धारा 11 ख के अधीन शक्ति का प्रयोग करके जारी करने का प्रस्ताव करती हैं, उक्त धारा की उपधारा (2) के अपेक्षानुसार सम्बद्ध व्यक्तियों की सूचना के लिए और आपत्तियाँ आमंत्रित करने के लिए एतद्‌द्वारा प्रकाशित किया जाता है।

प्रस्तावित अधिसूचना के सम्बन्ध में आपत्तियां, यदि कोई हो, लिखित रूप से प्रमुख सचिव, नगर विकास अनुभाग-1, लखनऊ को सम्बोधित करके प्रेषित की जायेगी और जिला मजिस्ट्रेट, फतेहपुर के कार्यालय में किसी भी कार्य दिवस को कार्यालय समय के दौरान प्रस्तुत की जायेगी। केवल उन्हीं आपत्तियों पर विचार किया जायेगा, जो इस अधिसूचना के प्रकाशन के दिनांक से 07 दिन के भीतर प्राप्त होंगी।

उत्तर प्रदेश नगर पालिका अधिनियम, 1916 (उ0प्र0 अधिनियम संख्या 2 सन्‌ 1916) की धारा 11 ख की उपधारा (1) के अधीन शक्ति का प्रयोग करके राज्यपाल, नगर पंचायत कोड़ा जहानाबाद, जिला फतेहपुर के नगर पंचायत क्षेत्र के वार्डों के परिसीमन के सम्बन्ध में निम्नलिखित आदेश जारी करती हैं :-

(क) निर्वाचन के प्रयोजनों के लिए उक्त नगर पंचायत के नगर पंचायत क्षेत्र को 15 (पंद्रह) वार्डों में विभाजित किया जायेगा;

(ख) प्रत्येक वार्ड का परिसीमन ऐसा होगा जैसा नीचे अनुसूची के स्तम्भ-1 में उल्लिखित वार्ड संख्या के समक्ष स्तम्भ-3 में दिया गया है।2 उत्तर प्रदेश असाधारण गजट, 30 जून, 2022 अनुसूची

IN pursuance of the provisions of clause (3) of Article 348 of the Constitution, the Governor is pleased to order the publication of the following English translation of notification no. 1818/IX-1–2022- 18Pari.- 22, dated June 30, 2022 :

THE following draft of notification which the Governor proposes to issue in exercise of the powers under section 11-B of the Uttar Pradesh Municipalities Act, 1916, (U.P. Act no. 2 of 1916) regarding delimitation of wards of Nagar Panchayat Kora Jahanabad, district Fatehpur, is hereby published as required under sub-section (2) of the said section for the information of concerned persons and for inviting objection.

Objection if any, with respect to the proposed notification should be sent in writing addressed to the Principal Secretary, Nagar Vikas Anubhag-1, Lucknow and be submitted in the Office of the District Magistrate, Fatehpur on any working day during office time. Only those objections shall be considered which are received within seven days from the date of publication of this notification.

PROPOSED NOTIFICATION

In exercise of the powers under sub-section (1) of section 11-B of the Uttar Pradesh Municipalities Act, 1916 (U.P. Act no. 2 of 1916), the Governor is pleased to issue the following order with regard to the delimitation of wards of municipal area of Nagar Panchayat Kora Jahanabad, district Fatehpur :—

(a) The municipal area of the said Nagar Panchayat for the purposes of election, shall be divided into 15 Wards;

(b) The delimitation of each ward mentioned in Column-2 shall be as given in Column-3 against ward number mentioned in Column-1 of the Schedule below.
