अधिसूचना
-
साधारण खण्ड अधिनियम, 1897 (अधिनियम संख्या 10 सन् 1897) की धारा 21 के साथ पठित दण्ड प्रक्रिया संहिता, 1973 (अधिनियम संख्या 2 सन् 1974) की धारा 2 के खण्ड (ध) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करके, राज्यपाल अधिसूचना संख्या 804पी/छः-पु-06-2016-300(84)-2015, दिनांक 24 मई, 2016 में निम्नलिखित संशोधन करती हैं।
संशोधन
पूर्वोक्त अधिसूचना में ,-
(क) प्रथम पैरा में शब्द और प्रतीक ''पुलिस महानिरीक्षक, कानून एवं व्यवस्था, उत्तर प्रदेश, लखनऊ'' के स्थान पर शब्द और प्रतीक ''पुलिस कम्प्यूटर केन्द्र, तकनीकी सेवायें मुख्यालय'' रख दिये जायेंगे;
(ख) पूर्वोक्त अधिसूचना के अनुसूची के स्थान पर निम्नलिखित अनुसूची रख दिया जायेगा, अर्थात् :-

IN pursuance of the provisions of clause (3) of Article 348 of the Constitution, the Governor is pleased to order the publication of the following English translation of notification no. 52/2022/1126P/VI-Pu- 06-2022-300(84)-2015, dated July 4, 2022 :

IN exercise of the powers conferred by clause (s) of section 2 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (Act no. 2 of 1974) read with section 21 of the General Clauses Act, 1897 (Act no. 10 of 1897), the Governor is pleased to make the following amendment in notification no. 804 P/Chh-Pu-06– 2016-300(84)-2015, dated May 24, 2016.
AMENDMENT
In the aforesaid notification,–
(a) in the first paragraph for the words and symbols "Inspector General of Police, Law & Order, Uttar Pradesh, Lucknow", the words and symbols "Police Computer Center, Technical Services Headquarters" shall be substituted;
(b) for the Schedule to the aforesaid notification, the following Schedule shall be substituted, namely :-
