चूँकि राज्य सरकार का यह समाधान हो गया है कि लोक हित में ऐसा करना आवश्यक और समीचीन है;
अतएव, अब, उत्तर प्रदेश अत्यावश्यक सेवाओं का अनुरक्षण अधिनियम, 1966 (उत्तर प्रदेश अधिनियम संख्या 30, सन् 1966) की धारा 3 की उपधारा (1) के अधीन शक्तियों का प्रयोग करके, राज्यपाल इस अधिसूचना के गजट में प्रकाशित किये जाने के दिनांक से उत्तर प्रदेश के अन्तर्गत उत्तर प्रदेश राज्य भण्डारण निगम, समस्त शीर्ष सहकारी समितियोेंं, समस्त सहकारी परिसंघों एवं समस्त सहकारी संघों के अधीन समस्त सेवाओं में छः माह की अवधि के लिये हड़ताल निषिद्ध करती हैं ।
उक्त धारा की उप धारा (2) के अधीन, राज्यपाल अग्रतर निदेश देती हैं कि यह आदेश गजट में प्रकाशित किया जायेगा। 2 उत्तर प्रदेश असाधारण गजट, 8 जुलाई, 2022 IN pursuance of the provisions of clause (3) of Article 348 of the Constitution, the Governor is pleased to order the publication of the following English translation of notification no. 314/XLIX-1–22- 08(40)-13, dated July 8, 2022 :

WHEREAS the State Government is satisfied that in the public interest it is necessary and expedient so to do;
NOW, THEREFORE, in exercise of the powers under sub- section (1) of section 3 of the Uttar Pradesh Essential Services Maintenance Act, 1966 (U.P Act no. 30 of 1966), the Governor is pleased to prohibit with effect from the date of publication of this notification in the Gazette, strikes for a period of six months in all services under the Uttar Pradesh State Warehousing Corporation, All Apex Co-operative Societies, All Co-operative Fedrations And All Co-operative Unions in Uttar Pradesh.
Under sub-section (2) of the said section, the Governor is further pleased to direct that this order shall be published in the Gazette.
