अधिसूचना
चूँकि राज्य सरकार का समाधान हो गया है कि लोकहित में ऐसा करना आवश्यक एवं समीचीन है;
अतएव, अब, उत्तर प्रदेश अत्यावश्यक सेवाओं का अनुरक्षण अधिनियम, 1966 (उत्तर प्रदेश अधिनियम संख्या 30 सन् 1966) की धारा 3 की उपधारा (1) के अधीन शक्तियों का प्रयोग करके राज्यपाल, इस अधिसूचना के गजट में प्रकाशित किये जाने के दिनांक से खाद्य एवं नागरिक आपूर्ति विभाग के अधीन प्रत्येक सेवा में हड़ताल, छः माह की अवधि के लिए निषिद्ध करती हैं और पूर्वोक्त धारा की उपधारा (2) के अधीन निदेश देती हैं कि यह अधिसूचना गजट में और राज्य में प्रसार वाले कम से कम दो हिन्दी एवं अंग्रेजी दैनिक समाचार पत्रों में प्रकाशित की जायेगी।
आज्ञा से, 2 उत्तर प्रदेश असाधारण गजट, 15 जुलाई, 2022 IN pursuance of the provisions of clause (3) of Article 348 of the constitution of India, the Governor is pleased to order the publication of the following English translation of notification no. 712/29-01-2022, dated July 15, 2022:

WHEREAS the State Government is satisfied that it is necessary and expedient in the public interest so to do;
NOW, THEREFORE, in exercise of the powers under sub-section (1) of section 3 of the Uttar Pradesh Essential Services Maintenance Act, 1966 (U.P. Act no. 30 of 1966), the Governor is pleased to prohibit strikes for a period of six months from the date of publication of this notification in the Gazette in every service under Food and Civil Supply Department and to direct under sub-section (2) of the aforesaid section, that this notification shall be published in the Gazette and in at least two daily newspapers of Hindi and English having circulation in the State.
