अधिसूचना

उत्तर प्रदेश नगर पालिका अधिनियम, 1916 (उत्तर प्रदेश अधिनियम संख्या 2 सन्‌ 1916) की धारा 3 की उप धारा (2) के साथ पठित भारत का संविधान के अनुच्छेद 243 थ के खण्ड (2) के अधीन शक्तियों का प्रयोग करके और अधिसूचना संख्या 60/11-235 (ई0) मुअर्रिखा, दिनांक 1 जनवरी, 1916 और इस निमित्त जारी की गयी अन्य पूर्ववर्ती अधिसूचनाओं का आंशिक उपान्तर करके, राज्यपाल नीचे अनुसूची में विनिर्दिष्ट क्षेत्रों को नगर पंचायत-उसैहत जिला बदायूँ के संक्रमणशील क्षेत्रों में सम्मिलित करने के लिए जिस अधिसूचना को जारी करने के लिए प्रस्ताव करती हैं, उसका निम्नलिखित प्रारूप, पूर्वोक्त अधिनियम की धारा 4 की उप धारा (1) की अपेक्षानुसार समस्त सम्बन्धित की सूचना के लिए और उसके संबंध में आपत्तियांँ और सुझाव आमन्त्रित करने की दृष्टि से एतद्‌द्वारा प्रकाशित किया जाता है।

2. प्रस्तावित अधिसूचना के संबंध में, आपत्तियां और सुझाव, यदि कोई हों, प्रमुख सचिव, नगर विकास अनुभाग-1, उत्तर प्रदेश शासन, बापू भवन, लखनऊ को सम्बोधित करके लिखित रूप में भेजे जाने चाहिए। केवल उन्ही आपत्तियों और सुझावों पर विचार किया जायेगा, जो इस अधिसूचना के गजट में प्रकाशित किये जाने के दिनांक से 15 दिन के भीतर प्राप्त होंगे।379 RPH - Nagar Vikas folder-2022 -anu-1- data-8 D 2 उत्तर प्रदेश असाधारण गजट, 15 जुलाई, 2022

IN pursuance of the provisions of clause (3) of Article 348 of the Constitution of India, the Governor is pleased to order the publication of the following English translation of notification no. 1968/IX-1–2022-90T.A.-20, dated July 15, 2022:

Dated Lucknow, July 15, 2022

The following draft notification which the Governor proposes to issue in exercise of the powers under clause (2) of Article 243Q of the Constitution of India read with sub-section (2) of section 3 of the Uttar Pradesh Municipalities Act, 1916 (U.P. Act no. 2 of 1916) and in partial modification of notification no. 60/11-235, (E) Mourikha, dated January 1, 1916 and other previous notifications issued in this behalf including the areas specified in the Schedule below in the transitional area of Nagar Panchayat Usehat in district Badaun, is hereby published for the information of all concerned and with a view to invite objections and suggestions in respect thereof as required under sub-section (1) of section 4 of the aforesaid Act.

2. Objections or suggestions, if any, with respect to the proposed notification should be sent in writing addressed to the Principal Secretary, Nagar Vikas Anubhag-1, Uttar Pradesh Shasan, Bapu Bhawan, Lucknow. Only such objections and suggestions shall be taken into consideration as are received within fifteen days from the date of publication of this notification in the Gazette.

DRAFT NOTIFICATION

In exercise of the powers under clause (2) of Article 243Q of the Constitution of India read with sub-section (2) of section 3 of the Uttar Pradesh Municipalities Act, 1916 (U.P. Act no. 2 of 1916) and in partial modification of notification no. 60/11-235, (E) Mourikha, dated January 1, 1916 and other previous notifications issued in this behalf, the Governor having regard to the population of the area, the density of the population therein, the revenue generated for local administration, the percentage of employment in non-agricultural activities, the economic importance and such other factors, is pleased to include the areas specified in the Schedule below, in the transitional area Nagar Panchayat Usehat, district Badaun for the purposes of Part IX-A of the Constitution of India.
