अधिसूचना
चूँकि उत्तर प्रदेश नगर पालिका अधिनियम, 1916 (उत्तर प्रदेश अधिनियम संख्या 2 सन् 1916) की धारा 4 की उपधारा (1) की अपेक्षानुसार नीचे अनुसूची में विनिर्दिष्ट क्षेत्रों को नगर पंचायत कटरा मेदिनीगंज, जिला प्रतापगढ़ के संक्रमणशील क्षेत्र में सम्मिलित किये जाने के सम्बन्ध में जनसामान्य से आपत्तियाँ और सुझाव आमंत्रित करने की दृष्टि से सरकारी अधिसूचना संख्या 2427/9-1-2020-73 टी0ए0-2020, दिनांक 18 दिसम्बर, 2020 जारी की गयी थी और तद्दिनांक को गजट में प्रकाशित की गयी थी;
और, चूँकि, उक्त अधिसूचना के अनुसरण में प्राप्त आपत्तियों और सुझावों का निस्तारण कार्यालय ज्ञाप संख्या 1137/9-1-2022-73 टी0ए0-2020, दिनांक 8 जून, 2022 द्वारा कर दिया गया है;
अतएव, अब, उत्तर प्रदेश नगर पालिका अधिनियम, 1916 (उत्तर प्रदेश अधिनियम संख्या 2 सन् 1916) की धारा 3 की उपधारा (2) के साथ पठित भारत का संविधान के अनुच्छेद 243-थ के खण्ड (2) के अधीन शक्तियों का प्रयोग करके और अधिसूचना संख्या 905, दिनांक 17 दिसम्बर, 1881 तथा समय-समय पर इस निमित्त जारी अन्य पूर्ववर्ती अधिसूचनाओं का आंशिक उपान्तर करके राज्यपाल, संविधान के भाग नौ-क के प्रयोजनार्थ नीचे अनुसूची में विनिर्दिष्ट क्षेत्रों को नगर पंचायत कटरा मेदिनीगंज, जिला प्रतापगढ़ के संक्रमणशील क्षेत्र में सम्मिलित करती हैं। 2 उत्तर प्रदेश असाधारण गजट, 22 जुलाई, 2022 अनुसूची

IN pursuance of the provisions under clause (3) of Article 348 of the Constitution, the Governor is pleased to order the publication of the following English translation of notification no. 2030/IX-1–2022- 73T.A.-2020, dated July 22, 2022:

WHEREAS Government notification no. 2427/IX-1–2020-73T.A.-2020, dated December 18, 2020 was issued and published in the Gazette with a view to inviting objections and suggestions from general public with respect to the inclusion of the areas specified in the Schedule below in the transitional area of Nagar Panchayat Katra Mediniganj in district Pratapgarh as required by sub-section (1) of section 4 of the Uttar Pradesh Municipalities Act, 1916 (U. P. Act no. II of 1916) ;
AND, WHEREAS, objections and suggestions received in pursuance of the said notification were disposed of vide Office Memorandum no. 1137/IX-1–2022-73T.A.-2020, dated June 8, 2022;
NOW, THEREFORE, in exercise of the powers under clause (2) of Article 243-Q of the Constitution of India read with sub-section (2) of section 3 of the Uttar Pradesh Municipalities Act, 1916 (U. P. Act no. II of 1916) and in partial modification of notification no. 905, dated 17th December, 1881 and other previous notifications issued from time to time, the Governor is pleased to include the areas specified in the Schedule below in the transitional area of Nagar Panchayat Katra Mediniganj in district Pratapgarh for the purposes of Part IX-A of the Constitution.
