IN exercise of the powers under sub-section (1) of section 237 of the Uttar Pradesh Kshettra Panchayat and Zila Panchayat Adhiniyam, 1961 (U.P. Act no. 33 of 1961) read with section 21 of the Uttar Pradesh General Clauses Act, 1904 (U.P. Act no. 1 of 1904), the Governor is pleased to make the following rules with a view to amending the Uttar Pradesh Zila Panchayat and Kshettra Panchayat (Contingent Expenditure) Rules, 1972.
THE UTTAR PRADESH ZILA PANCHAYAT AND KSHETTRA PANCHAYAT (CONTINGENT EXPENDITURE) (THIRD AMENDMENT) RULES, 2022
1. (1) These rules may be called the Uttar Pradesh Zila Panchayat and Kshettra Short title and commencement Panchayat (Contingent Expenditure ) (Third Amendment) Rules, 2022.
(2) They shall come into force with effect from the date of their publication in
the Gazette.
2. In the Uttar Pradesh Zila Panchayat and Kshettra Panchayat (Contingent Amendment of rule 2
Expenditure ) Rules, 1972, hereinafter referred to as the said rules, in rule 2 for
sub-rule (1) set-out in Column-I below, the sub-rule as set-out in Column-II shall be
substituted, namely:-
