IN exercise of the power under clause (b) of section 3 of the U. P. Industrial Disputes Act, 1947 (U. P. Act no. XXVIII of 1947), the Governor is pleased to amend the notification no. 1305/XXXVI-2- 2022-08-2004-T.C., dated June 29, 2022 and to direct under section 19 of the said Act that the notice of this amendment shall be given by publication in the official Gazette.
AMENDMENT
IN the aforesaid notification, in paragraph 9, for clause (a), the following clause shall be substituted, namely :-
"(a) As a result of the above wage revision, the arrears of the workers will be paid by the employers in four equal installments at the interval of four months from the date of implementation of the notification."
