IN pursuance of the provisions of Clause (3) of Article 348 of the Constitution of India, the Governor is pleased to order the publication of the following English translation of notification no.2320/ IX-1–2022- 40Pari.–2022, dated August 10, 2022 :

IN exercise of the powers under section 11-B of Uttar Pradesh Municipalities Act, 1916 (U.P. Act no. 2 of 1916), the Governor, after considering objections received in pursuance of the order published in the Gazette vide notification no. 1693/ IX-1–2022–40 Pari.22, dated June 30, 2022 under sub-section (2) of the said section, is pleased to divide the Municipal area of Nagar Panchayat Mau, District Chitrakoot into 14 Wards as mentioned in Column-2 of the Schedule below. The extent of every ward shall be such as mentioned against it in Column-3 of the said Schedule.
