IN exercise of the powers under sub-section (1) of section 32 of the Uttar Pradesh Municipal Corporation Act, 1959 (U.P. Act no. 2 of 1959), the Governor, after considering the objections received in pursuance of the order published in the Gazette vide notification no. 1954/IX-1–2022-36Pari.-22, dated July 12, 2022 under sub-section (2) of the said section, is of Nagar Panchayat Narpatnagar Dundawala, district Rampur into 13 wards as mentioned in Column-2 of the Schedule annexed herewith.
