IN exercise of the powers under section 11-B of the Uttar Pradesh Municipalities Act, 1916 (U.P. Act no. 2 of 1916) , the Governor, after considering objections received in pursuance of the order published in the Gazette vide notification no. 1818/IX-1–2022-18Pari.-22, dated June 30, 2022 under sub-section (2) of the said section, is pleased to divide the Municipal Area of Nagar Panchayat Koda Jahanabad, district Fatehpur into 15 wards as mentioned in Column-2 of the Schedule below. The extent of every ward shall be such as mentioned against it in Column-3 of the said Schedule.
