IN pursuance of the provisions of clause (3) of Article 348 of the Constitution, the Governor is pleased to order the publication of the following English translation of notification no. 2590/IX-1–2022- 39Pari.-22, dated September 26, 2022 :

IN exercise of the powers under Section 11 B of the Uttar Pradesh Municipalities Act,1916 (U.P. Act no. 2 of 1916), the Governor after considering objections received in pursuance of the order published in the Gazette vide notification no. 1690/IX-1–2022-39Pari.-22, dated July 13, 2022 under sub-section (2) of the said Section, is pleased to divide the Municipal Area of Nagar Panchayat Rajesultanpur, district Ambedkarnagar into 15 wards as mentioned in Column-2 of the Schedule below.
The extent of every ward shall be such as mentioned against it in Column-3 of the said Schedule.
