IN exercise of the powers under section 11-B of the Uttar Pradesh Municipalities Act,1916 (U.P. Act no. 2 of 1916), the Governor after considering the objections received in pursuance of the order published in the Gazette vide notification no. 1756/IX-1–2022-24Pari.-22, dated June 30, 2022 under sub- section (2) of the said section, is pleased to divide the Municipal Area of Nagar Palika Parishad Mohammadi, district Lakhimpur Khiri into 25 wards as mentioned in Column-2 of the Schedule below.
The extent of every ward shall be such as mentioned against it in Column-3 of the said Schedule.
