In exercise of powers under sub-section (1) of section 85 of the Electricity Act, 2003 (Act no. 36 of 2003), read with section 21 of the General Clauses Act, 1897 (Act no. 10 of 1897) and in supersession of Government notification no. 751/24-U.N.N.P.-17-101P-98, dated December 27, 2017, the Governor is pleased to consititute for the selection of the Chairperson and Members of the Uttar Pradesh Electricity regulatory Commission, a Selection Committee consisting of :&
