vkKk ls] 2 mRrj izns'k vlk/kkj.k xtV] 30 flrEcj] 2022 IN pursuance of the provisions of clause (3) of Article 348 of the Constitution, the Governor is pleased to order the publication of the following English translation of notification no. 3023/IX-1–2022-07 Pari-22, dated September 30, 2022:

WHEREAS in exercise of the powers under sub-section (1) of section 11-B of the Uttar Pradesh Municipalities Act, 1916 (U.P. Act no. 2 of 1916) (hereinafter referred to as the "aforesaid Act") issue the notification no. 1180/IX-1-2022, 07Pari-22 with regard to the delimitation of wards of Municipal area of Nagar Panchayat Nigohi, district Shahjahanpur was issued on June 30, 2022;
AND, WHEREAS, in exercise of the powers under clause (2) of Article 243-Q of the Constitution read with sub-section (2) of section 3 of the aforesaid Act was issued notification no. 2202/IX-1-2022- 48T.A.-20, dated August 5, 2022 was issued to include certain areas in the transitional area of Nagar Panchayat Nigohi in district Shahjahanpur;
NOW, THEREFORE, in exercise of the powers under sub-section (1) of section 11-B of the aforesaid Act notification no. 1180/IX-1-2022-07Pari-22, dated June 30, 2022 with regard to the delimitation of wards of Municipal area of Nagar Panchayat Nigohi, district Shahjahanpur is rescined.
