IN exercise of the powers under Section 11-B of the Uttar Pradesh Municipalities Act, 1916 (U.P. Act no. 2 of 1916), the Governor after considering objections received in pursuance of the order published in the Gazette vide notification no. 1801/IX-1–2022–20 Pari.-22, dated June 30, 2022 under sub-section (2) of the said Section, is pleased to divide the Municipal Area of Nagar Panchayat Azmatgarh, district Azamgarh into 11 Wards as mentioned in Column-2 of the Schedule below. The extent of every Ward shall be such as mentioned against it in Column-3 of the said Schedule.
