IN pursuance of the provisions of clause (3) of Article 348 of the Constitution of India, the Governor is pleased to order the publication of the following English translation of the Uttar Pradesh Intermediate Siksha (Dwitiya Sanshodhan) Adhyadesh, 2022 (Uttar Pradesh Adhyadesh Sankhya 9 of 2022) promulgated by the Governor. The Madhyamik Shiksha Anubhag-9 is administratively concerned with the said Ordinance.

AN
ORDINANCE
further to amend the Intermediate Education Act, 1921.
WHEREAS the State Legislature is not in session and the Governor is satisfied that circumstances exist which render it necessary for him to take immediate action;
NOW, THEREFORE, in exercise of the powers conferred by clause (1) of Article 213 of the Constitution of India, the Governor is pleased to promulgate the following Ordinance:-
Short title 1. This Ordinance may be called the Intermediate Education (Second Amendment) Ordinance, 2022.

section 16-A of for the words "for every institution", the words "for every State Government Aided
