No. 429/U.P./2021(1) :- In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 13C of the Representation of People Act, 1950 (43 of 1950), the Election Commission of India hereby makes further amendments in its Notification No. 429/U.P./2021(1), dated 7th September, 2021, as amended from time to time, relating to appointments of Assistant Electoral Registration Officers of Assembly Constituencies in the State of Uttar Pradesh, namely :–
In column 2 of the table appended to the said notification, the existing entry against item No. 40-Naugawan Sadat, "3. Consolidation Officer, Amroha" shall be substituted by the entry "3. Block Education Officer, Dhanaura ".
