IN pursuance of the provisions of clause (3) of Article 348 of the Constitution of India, the Governor is pleased to order the publication of the following English translation of notification no. 1357 /XLIX-2&2022-26(10)-2018 T.C., dated October 14, 2022 :

IN exercise of the powers under sub-section (1) of section 122 of the Uttar Pradesh Co-operaive Societies Act, 1965 (U.P. Act no. 11 of 1966) read with rule 389-A of the Uttar Pradesh Co-operative Societies Rules, 1968 and section 21 of Uttar Pradesh General Clauses Act, 1904 (U.P. Act no. 1 of 1904), the Governor is pleased to make the following amendment in Government notification no. 366-C/XII-C-3– 36-71, dated March 4, 1972, as amended from time to time.
AMENDMENT
In the aforesaid notification, the existing serial no. 11 appearing under the heading "U.P. Co- operative Institutional Service Board" shall be re-numbered as 11 (a) and after the serial number as so re-numbered, the following serial no. and entries shall be inserted, namely :–
"11 (b) U.P. Co-operative Institutional Service Board will complete the entire selection procedure through Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS), in the same manner as the Co-operative Bank (Uttar Pradesh Co-operative Bank Limited, Uttar Pradesh Sahakari Gram Vikas Bank Limited and District Co-operative Bank Limited, Uttar Pradesh), after receriving requisition from all Co-operative Societies in the purview of Sewa Mandal for direct recruitment of different posts."
