IN exercise of the power under section 21 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (Act no. 2 of 1974), the Governor is pleased to appoint, with effect October 17, 2022 to October 20, 2022 all the Superintendents and Principals of the centres of Annual System of Government Industrial Training Institutions and Private Industrial Training Institutions examination, October-2022 conducted by Vyavasayik Pariksha Parishad, Uttar Pradesh as Executive Magistrates, to be known as Special Executive Magistrate and to confer on them all powers of the Executive Magistrates as are conferrable under the said code on such Executive Magistrate, to be exercised within the limits of the respective Centres of which they are the Superintendents.
