IN pursuance of the provision of clause (3) of Article 348 of the Constitution of India the Governor is pleased to order the publication of the following English translation of notification no. 1337/IX-2–2022-12 (Seema Vistar)-2022, dated October 17, 2022 for general information:

WHEREAS notification no. 908/IX-2-22-12(Seema Vistar)-22 dated September 7, 2022 was published in the Gazette to invite objections and suggestions for including the areas specified in Schedule-1 below in the smaller urban area of Municipal Council Nawabganj, District Bareilly as required under sub-section (2) of section 4 of the Uttar Pradesh Municipalities Act, 1916 (U.P. Act no. 2 of 1916);
AND, WHEREAS, the Objections and suggestions received in pursuance of the said notification have been disposed of by Government order no.1228/9-2-22-12(Seema Vistar)-2022, dated October 3, 2022;
NOW, THEREFORE, in exercise of the powers under clause (2) of Article 243-Q of the Constitution of India read with sub-section (2) of section 3 of the Uttar Pradesh Municipalities Act, 1916 (U.P. Act no.2 of 1916), the Governor is pleased to include the area specified in Schedule-1 below in the smaller urban area of Municipal Council Nawabganj, District Bareilly for the purposes of Part IX-A of the Constitution of India and to direct under clause (d) of Article 243-P of the Constitution of India that the areas specified in Schedule-2 below shall be the territorial area of Municipal Council Nawabganj, District Bareilly.

Village Bahore Nagla :- Gata No. 01 To 807 (whole village) Total Gata No. 807 Total Area –342.573 Hectare
The total gata nos. of gram Yakoobpur and gram Bahore Nagla are merged .
SCHEDULE -2 The Territorial area of Municipal Council Nawabganj District Bareilly after including area specified in Schedule -1.
East - Till the Border of Gram Jyora Makrandpur West - Till the Border of Gram Sijoulia North - Till the Border of Gram Indhjagir South - Till the Border of Gram Richhola Kifayatullah Total Areas of present Municipal Council:- 218.256 Hectare Total Areas after being including in the transitional area of Municipal Nawabganj, District Bareilly-809.544 Hectare.
