THE following draft of notification which the Governor proposes to issue in exercise of the powers under section 11-B of the Uttar Pradesh Municipal Act, 1916 (U.P. Act no, 2 of 1916) regarding delimitation of wards of Nagar Panchayat Sahpau, district Hathras is hereby published as required under sub-section (2) of the said section for the information go concerned person and for inviting objection.
Objection if any, with respect to the proposed notification should be sent in writing addressed to the Secretary, Nagar Vikas Anubhag-1, Lucknow and be submitted in the office of District Magistrate, Hathras on any working day during office time. Only those objection Will be considered which are received within seven days from the date of publication of this notification.
PROPOSED NOTIFICATION
IN exercise of the powers under sub-section (1) of section 11-B of the Uttar Pradesh Municipal Act, 1916 (U.P. Act no. 2 of 1916), the Governor is pleased to issue the following order with regard to the delimitation of ward municipal area of Nagar Panchayat Sahpau, district Hathras.
(a) The municipal area of the said Nagar Panchayat Sahpau, for the purposes of election, shall be divided into 10 Ward.
(b) The delimitation of each ward shall be as given in Column-3 against ward number mentioned in Column-1 of the Schedule below.
