IN pursuance of the provisions of clause (3) of Article 348 of the Constitution, the Governor is pleased to order the publication of the following English translation of notification no. 11/2022/1233/84-2–2022/Computer No.-1651953–File No.-84-2099/3/2021, dated October 19, 2022 :

IN exercise of the powers under section 28 of the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 (Act no. 35 of 2019) read with rule 10 of the Consumer Protection (Qualification for Appointment, Method of Recruitment, Procedure of Appointment, Term of Office, Resignation and Removal of the President and Members of the State Commission and District Commission) Rules, 2020, the Governor is pleased to appoint the person mentioned in Column-3 of the Schedule given below to the office of the Member as mentioned against Column-5 of the said Schedule with effect from the date of his taking over charge for four years or up to the age of sixty-five years, whichever is earlier in the District Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission to be known as the District Commission of district mentioned against in Column-2 of the said Schedule. Any previous notifications relating to the constitution of the District Commissions included in the said Schedule shall stand modified accordingly.
