IN exercise of the powers under section 11-B of the Uttar Pradesh Municipalities Act,1916 (U.P. Act no. 2 of 1916), the Governor, after considering objections received in pursuance of the order published in the Gazette vide notification no. 1197/IX-1–2022-14Pari.-22, dated June 30, 2022 under sub-section (2) of the said section, is pleased to divide the municipal area of Nagar Panchayat Moosanagar, district Kanpur Dehat into 15 wards as mentioned in Column-2 of the Schedule below. The extent of every ward shall be such as mentioned against it in Column-3 of the said Schedule.
