IN exercise of the powers under section 11-B of the Uttar Pradesh Municipalities Act, 1916 (U.P. Act no. 2 of 1916), the Governor, after considering objections received in pursuance of the order published in the Gazette vide notification no. 1196/IX-1-2022-14Pari-22, dated June 30, 2022 under sub-section (2) of the said section, is pleased to divide the Municipal Area of Nagar Panchayat Rajpur District Kanpur Dehat into 14 wards as mentioned in column 2 of the Schedule below. The extent of every ward shall be such as mentioned against it in column 3 of the said Schedule.
