IN exercise of the powers under section 21 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (Act no. 2 of 1974), the Governor is pleased to appoint 21 Parmanent Sector Magistrate and 12 Reserve Sector Magistrate place at Mela in District Hapur of Uttar Pradesh in Kartik Purnima Mela Year 2022 for maintain law and order in District Hapur of U.P. as Executive Magistrates to be known as Special Executive Magistrates with effect from October 28, 2022 till November 11, 2022 and to confer on them all the powers of the Executive Magistrates as are conferrable under the said Code on such Executive Magistrates, to be exercised within the limits of respective district in Hapur which they are for the time being posted.
