IN exercise of the power conferred under section 21 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (Act no. 2 of 1974), the Governor is pleased to appoint with effect from Octorber 30, 2022 to November 5, 2022 all the Superintendents and Principals of the examination centres of Industrial Training Institutions as Executive Magistrates for the written examination of Annual System (Computer Based Test) and Semester System/Annul System for the trainees admitted in Government Industrial Training Institutions and affiliated Private Industrial Training Institution, to be known as Special Executive Magistrate and to confer on them all powers of the Executive Magistrates as are conferrable under the said Code on such Executive Magistrate, to be exercised within the limits of the respective centres of which they are the Superintendents.
