WHEREAS in exercise of the powers under sub-section (1) of Section 11-B of the Uttar Pradesh Municipalities Act, 1916 (U.P. Act no. 2 of 1916) (hereinafter referred to as the "aforesaid Act") the notification no. 2493/IX-1–2022-69Pari.-22, with regard to the delimitation of wards of Municipal area of Nagar Palika Parishad Loni, district Ghaziabad was issued on September 14,2022 and after considering objections received in pursuance of the order published the final notification no. 3283/IX-1–2022- 69Pari.-22 was issued on October 31, 2022;

AND, WHEREAS, aoforesaid notification has not compatible to the provision of Section 9 of Uttar Pradesh Municipalities Act. 1916 (U.P. Act No. 2 of 1916);

NOW, THEREFORE, in exercise of the powers under sub-section (1) of Section 11-B of the aforesaid Act notification no. 2493/IX-1–2022-69Pari.-22, dated September 14, 2022 and the final notification no. 3283/IX-1–2022-69Pari.-22, dated October 31, 2022 with regard to the delimitation of wards of Municipal area of Nagar Palika Parishad Loni, district Ghaziabad is hereby rescinded.
