IN exercise of the powers under section 11-B of the Uttar Pradesh Municipalities Act, 1916 (U.P. Act no. 2 of 1916), the Governor, after considering objections received in pursuance of the order published in the Gazette vide notification no. 1687/IX-1–2022-38Pari.-22, dated July 6, 2022 under sub-section (2) of the said section, is pleased to divide the Municipal Area of Nagar Palika Parishad Khalilabad, district Santkabirnagar into 25 wards as mentioned in Column-2 of the Schedule below.
