IN exercise of the powers under sub-section (3) of Section 13 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (Act no. 2 of 1974) read with sub-rule (ii) of rule 4 of the Uttar Pradesh Petty Offences (Trial by Special Judicial Magistrate) Rules, 1997 and Section 21 of the General Clauses Act, 1897 (Act no. 10 of 1997) and in partial modification of Government Notification No. 9/2022/302/VII- Nyay-2–2022-201G- 95, dated May 4, 2022, the Governor, on the recommendation of the Judicature at Allahabad, is pleased to direct that name of the person mentioned in the Schedule below whose appointment has been cancelled by the said High Court shall be omitted from the said Notification with immediate effect.
