IN exercise of the powers under sub-section (3) of section 13 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (Act no. 2 of 1974) read with sub-rule (ii) of rule 4 of the Uttar Pradesh Petty Offences (Trial by Special Judicial Magistrate) Rules, 1997 and section 21 of the General Clauses Act, 1897 (Act no. 10 of 1897) and in partial modification of Government notification no. 1160/VII-Nyay-2–2017-201G- 95, dated May 11, 2018 and Government notification no. 444/VII-Nyay-2–2018-201G-95, dated June 14, 2018, the Governor, on the recommendation of the High Court of Judicature at Allahabad, is pleased to direct that name of the persons mentioned in the Schedule below whose appointments have been cancelled by the said High Court shall be omitted from the said notification with immediate effect.
