IN exercise of the powers under sub-section (3) of Section 13 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (Act no. 2 of 1974) read with sub-rule (ii) of Rule 4 of the Uttar Pradesh Petty Offences (Trial by Special Judicial Magistrate) Rules, 1997 and Section 21 of the General Clauses Act, 1897 (Act no. 10 of 1997) and in partial modification of Government Notification No. 41/2021/1346/VII- Nyay-2–2021-201G- 95, dated November 11, 2021 the Governor, on the recommendation of the High Court of Judicature at Allahabad, is pleased to direct that name of the persons mentioned in the Schedule below whose appointments has been cancelled by the said High Court shall be omitted from the said Notification with immediate effect.
