IN pursuance of the provisions of Clause (3) of Article 348 of the Constitution, the Governor is pleased to order the publication of the following English translation of notification no. 3509/IX-1–2022- 41Pari.-22, dated November 10, 2022:

In exercise of the powers under section 11-B of the Uttar Pradesh Municipalities Act, 1916 (U.P. Act no. 2 of 1916), the Governor, after considering objections received in pursuance of the order published in the Gazette vide notification no. 2354/ IX-1-2022-41Pari.-22, dated August 31, 2022 under sub-section (2) of the said Section, is pleased to divide the Municipal Area of Nagar Panchayat Mirhachi in district Etah into 15 Wards as mentioned in Column-2 of the Schedule below. The extent of every ward shall be such as mentioned against it in Column-3 of the said Schedule.
