IN pursuance of the provisions of clause (3) of Article 348 of the Constitution, the Governor is pleased to order the publication of the following English translation of notification no. 3579/IX-1–2022- 93Pari.-22, dated November 18, 2022:

Dated Lucknow, November 18, 2022

WHEREAS notification no. 3435/IX-1–2022-93Pari.-22, dated November 4, 2022, was issued and published in Gazette with a view to invite objections and suggestions for Issuance of notification for delimitition of Nagar Palika Parishad Muzaffarnagar, district Muzaffarnagar as required under sub-section (2) of Section 11-B of the Uttar Pradesh Municipalities Act, 1916 (U.P. Act no.2 of 1916) ;

AND, WHEREAS, after considering objections and suggestions in pursuance of said notification, final notification was published in the Gazette vide no. 3501/ IX-1–2022-93Pari.-22 dated November 10, 2022;

AND, WHEREAS, there have been certain typographical errors in the Schedule of notification no. 3501/IX-1–2022-79Pari.-22, dated November 10, 2022;

NOW, THEREFORE, in exercise of the powers under sub-section (3) of Section 11-B of the Uttar Pradesh Muncipalties Act, 1916 (U.P. Act no. 2 of 1916), the Governor is pleased to modify in the names of Ward no. 32 and 52 of Nagar Palika Parishad Muzaffarnagar, district Muzaffarnagar, as mentioned in Column-3 of the Schedule below.
